Grosnescargot - The Grosne snail

Situated at the source of the Grosne, in the south of the Cluny region, Grosnescargot is ideally located for the well-being and development of snails.
Raised with respect for tradition and the cycle of nature, they will receive the utmost attention at every stage of their growth.
At the beginning of May, the young residents are released into an open-air park where they will find shelter and food. There, they will be pampered and coddled for several months, until they reach maturity before the first frosts of winter and the hibernation period.
Part of the stock will then be reserved: the snails selected will be used for reproduction for the next season. The others will be served on your tables, prepared according to the recipe of your choice.
Born, bred and cooked on the farm, the Grosne snail is a natural 100 % snail:
- farming without weedkillers, fertilisers or chemicals.
- recipes without colourings, stabilisers or preservatives.
