Saint Andrew's Church

In the church, the transept and choir, apse and cul-de-four apses, built around 1150, are Romanesque. The modern nave was rebuilt in the 19th century.
The village of Saint-André-le-Désert, in the Clunisois region, boasts a little-known Romanesque church, part of a former Benedictine priory that no longer exists. It is dedicated to Saint André, the apostle.
The transept and choir, apse and cul-de-four apses, built around 1150, are Romanesque. The nave is modern and was rebuilt with side aisles in 1885-1886.
