A former 11th-century Maison Forte, this 4-hectare estate with meadows, orchards, vineyards and forest surrounds a shared protected courtyard with a large heated swimming pool with panoramic views.
Your detached house is part of the Domaine touristique de La Tour du Blé.

Outside, you have access to the entire estate. You have your own private terrace with table and chairs and a gas plancha barbecue.
Around the pool you will find an outdoor lounge with plenty of sun loungers (the pool is heated from the beginning of May to the end of September and is not private). You also have access to the heated outdoor spa with views over the vineyards.
Your house was completely renovated in 2022 and extended in 2023.
It is equipped with every comfort:
central heating, wood-burning fireplace, TV, free WIFI access and fully equipped kitchen.
Inside:
1 large living room with wood-burning fireplace and dining table seating 12.
1 separate living room that can be used as a 5th bedroom with sofa bed (rapido system with comfortable mattress) and TV with DVD.
The large kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery needed for 12 people. Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are also available.
The 4 spacious bedrooms all have new, comfortable bedding. The beds (90 x 200 cm) can be set up as single beds or large double beds, depending on your preferences.
3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath) and 3 WCs will complete your accommodation
Baby equipment is also available.
The rental price includes cleaning, linen and towels. Beds will be made on arrival. A deposit of €400 for the accommodation and €100 for cleaning will be required on arrival. Pets are welcome and free of charge. Additional persons (over 12 people) by prior arrangement only.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. (7 nights July/August)
