Le Tunnel du Bois Clair

The Bois Clair tunnel is a former railway tunnel, it is the longest tunnel in France now open to a Greenway (1.6 km). Fully lit, 4 to 6 minutes are necessary to cross it by bike, allow 6 to 10 minutes on roller skates and on foot it is 15 to 20 minutes, the passage of riders is prohibited.
The temperature is around 11 ° C. This tunnel has the particularity of sheltering protected species of bats, it is therefore closed during the period of hibernation (from October to April).

A route bypassing the tunnel is then proposed by taking loop n ° 14 (4km level: expert)
